D’YAVOL X — WARRANTY & CARE BOOKLET

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your D’YAVOL X eyewear is covered by a one (1) year Limited Warranty from the original date of retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, D’YAVOL X will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected product at no charge.

Should the original model no longer be available, D’YAVOL X reserves the right to replace it with the same or a comparable model of equivalent value.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Structural defects in the frame or temples
  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing defects in hinges or hardware
  • Defects affecting the normal function

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, abrasions, or cosmetic damage to lenses/frames resulting from regular use
  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
  • Damage resulting from excess heat, chemicals, solvents, or improper cleaning methods
  • Products modified, repaired, or altered by unauthorized parties
  • Loss, theft, or unauthorized resale of the product

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Please contact the authorized D’YAVOL X retailer from whom the product was purchased or D’YAVOL X Customer Care.

PLEASE PROVIDE:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the product and the reported defect

Products may be inspected before a warranty decision is made.

AUTHENTICITY

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from D’YAVOL X or an authorized D’YAVOL X retailer.

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resellers, or marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty service.

PRODUCT CARE

  • Store your eyewear in its protective case when not in use.
  • Clean lenses only with the supplied microfiber cloth or a suitable lens cleaning solution.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to excess heat or harsh chemicals.
  • Do not place lenses face down on hard surfaces.
  • Handle your eyewear with care to help maintain its condition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Limited Warranty provides specific warranty benefits in addition to any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing contained in this warranty limits or excludes any rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D’YAVOL X shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
